This class is perfect for students who are ready to build on their acro foundation and begin working towards more challenging skills. Children should already be confident with forward rolls, one-handed cartwheels, bridges, and supported kickovers.

In a focused and supportive environment, students will progress towards more advanced movements such as:

Unassisted back and front walkovers

Bridge recoveries and backbend kickovers

Chest stands and elbow stands

Handstand to bridge transitions

Connected acro sequences and combinations

This class emphasizes strength, flexibility, and control, allowing each child to develop precision and fluidity in their movement. The small group format ensures tailored instruction and safe progression through advanced skills.

Please note:
This class is for students with solid prior acro experience.
Dancers should wear a leotard and/or shorts or leggings.
Hair must be tied back and all jewellery removed.
